Editorial policy

How our articles are made

Each article starts with a specific reader question or problem. We collect sources, starting with primary sources such as official announcements, product documentation and help pages, and add reputable reporting for context. The article is drafted with AI assistance from those sources only.

Before publication, every article goes through automated checks. Each factual claim is compared with the cited sources. Numbers and quotations must appear in a source. The text is checked against the sources and our earlier articles to make sure it is original and not a duplicate. An article that fails any check is held back for a human editor.

What we will not do

  • Invent quotes, statistics, prices, customers or test results.
  • Claim to have tested a product we have not tested.
  • Copy or closely paraphrase other publishers' articles, or use their images.
  • Let affiliate relationships decide what we recommend.

Sources and dates

Every article links its sources at the end and shows its publication date. Product features and prices change often, so check the official pages before making a decision.
